Simple Home Cooking

Kitchen time is bliss, always fun and definitely an education.  I love to share my successes with my family and friends. There have been some mishaps along the way, but that is part of the fun... right? For many years I have watched and learned from my favorite cooking shows. One day I happened onto Rachel Khoo and her "The Little Paris Kitchen". I'm HOOKED. She's brilliant, informative, entertaining and best of all she works as a minimalist. 

I'm not a writer, or a professional cook. I merely enjoy the process.  My plan is to Blog through Rachel's new U.S. released cookbook The Little Paris Kitchen. I promise to hold nothing back and provide detail accounts while preparing each of the recipes. I'm thrilled, now lets get cooking.....
