Cookbook Arrival

I heard the UPS driver come up the road and I was waiting at the door when he arrived.  I was like a 6 year old child on Christmas morning when I ripped into that box. The book was just as I had anticipated, beautiful, colorful, and full of pictures with lots of detailed information throughout.  Oh my, the smell of fresh ink :) The possibilities and opportunities before me were overwhelming. I couldn’t wait to get started. The problem was I couldn’t decide which culinary explosion to choose.
